Learn writing a Follow Up Email for a Job Application

You have recently dropped or submitted online a job application for a job that you would love to have. But how do you help your application float to the top of the pile to get an interview. You can do this with a follow up email after a job application. The follow up email will place your name in front of the interviewer and help them to find your application faster. Use these simple steps to send a follow up email after a job application today.
Step 1
Address the follow up email to the job application to a specific person. This can be the head of HR or the recruiter who put out the ad that you answered.

Step 2

Introduce yourself to the person. Use your full name when you do this. Tell the person when you sent in your application and how you sent it to the company.

Step 3

Tell the interviewer that you would like to follow up on the status of your application for the position that you applied.

Step 4

End the follow up email telling to job interviewer that you look forward to hearing from her concerning this position. List when you can be contacted and at what number to set up an interview at her earliest convenience.
