Inside Sales

Responsibilities:
- Create new opportunity pipeline via calling Small Medium Market prospects and customers
- Execute calls via Microsoft Solution Selling
- Provide exceptional customer experience
- Provide full professional handoff documents to customers and partners
- Increase Microsoft’s knowledge of the customer base by keeping high quality records of each customer interaction and by adhering to data quality standards and data requirements
- Improve the Customer experience (CPE) by demonstrating sincere interest for the customer’s well being, responding promptly to their queries and complaints and by providing value
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): microsoft office, sales, Tele Sales.
- Preferred skill: understanding of our Business and Competition
- Required language(s): English (fluent oral and written English), Bahasa Indonesia
- Minimum 1 year sales experience, 2-3 years sales experience and/or experience in IT industry will be an advantage
- Contract positions available.
